My understanding is that when you do a search on LinkedIn, the results are personalised. All the top 10 that I see for Social Media Consultant are in my network, or we have shared connections, or they&#039;re 3rd degree contacts (which makes perfect sense of course, but does describe how people saw themselves in the top positions so quickly).</description>
